Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with CPA, JD, M.T., or LLM in taxation preferred.
• 10-12 years total experience with 4 years in trusts and estate planning, income tax planning or succession planning in a public accounting, law or wealth management setting.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 to be acquired within 90 days of employment.
• Estate planning, family wealth transfer planning, wills/trusts, income taxation and estate taxation knowledge required.
• Retirement, financial, investment, and insurance planning preferred.
• Coaching and mentorship skills with ability to lead a team.
• Ability to communicate complex subjects clearly and effectively.
• Proven emotional intelligence to bond with clients and advisors.
• Client-first, solution-oriented work ethic; strong independent work balance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced Planning regionally as an estate planning expert.
• Support VP, Advanced Planning Market Lead with advisor training and regional business development.
• Provide comprehensive financial and estate planning support to high-net-worth clients and their advisors.
• Travel 5–20% and reside within commuting distance to Investor Centers in AZ, NV, or UT.
