Description

This essential leadership role will define and drive the vision and strategy for growing and optimizing our participant ecosystem, ensuring that researchers have access to the right participants for impactful research. You will lead a dedicated team of product managers and growth managers, fostering a culture of excellence in product management practices, effective collaboration, and strategic alignment with broader organizational goals.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow and diversify Dscout's participant panel, focusing on quality, representativeness, and engagement to meet evolving research demands.
  • Create and implement strategies for expanding and integrating partner panels, providing researchers with a diverse pool of participants while maximizing ROI.
  • Define, govern, and communicate the strategic product roadmap for participant recruitment solutions, establishing clear investment directions aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Enhance the end-to-end participant experience across all Dscout, championing initiatives that improve usability, engagement, and satisfaction, while ensuring an integrated and seamless communication flow throughout the participant journey.
  • Uphold best practices in product management, including documentation, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration, to optimize team efficiency.
  • Mentor and support a team of 3-5 product managers and growth managers, empowering them to own their areas while aligning with the overall product vision.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and research teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
  • Partner with GTM teams on positioning and packaging participant offerings effectively.
  • Continuously analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain Dscout's forefront position in participant recruitment.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess participant strategy success and inform future roadmap priorities.
  • Communicate product strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and fostering engagement.
What you need to have:
  • 8+ years of product growth experience, with a focus on SaaS products.
  • At least 3 years leading a key product area and cross-functional product teams, with demonstrable positive impact.
  • Proven success growing and managing user communities or panels.
  • Deep understanding of participant recruitment strategies and conversion funnel.
  • Led successful product launches, consistently exceeding goals at every stage.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment with hands-on experience working with engineers to deliver products.
  • Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android) is highly preferred.
  • Experience with research platforms.
  • Deep understanding of user research methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Dscout's platform and products.
