Will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Design, Customer Experience, Finance and other cross-functional partners, to deliver high quality solutions that unlock continuous integration and continuous delivery.**Essential Job Functions*** Own and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the product team. Ensure that the product roadmap reflects this vision and adapts to market trends and customer need. - (40%)* Partner with leaders to develop strategies based on data, user and market research. Gain a deep understanding of merchant customers to evolve features and explore new ideas. Use insights from research to drive product discovery and development. - (30%)* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product vision, strategy, and progress. Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year.
