Responsibilities

Own the process engineering and manufacturing transformation strategy across all production value streams.
Lead methods engineering, standardized work, line balance, and one-piece flow initiatives.
Build and govern the multi-year automation and capital equipment roadmap and TPM strategy.
Integrate quality into process design with PFMEA/control-plan alignment and root-cause analysis.
Provide capacity planning and takt calculations to improve lead time and service performance.
Develop supervisors and technical talent; ensure succession depth for process engineering and automation.
