This in‑person role focuses on staff coaching, operations oversight, and community partnerships to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, improving workflows, and collaborating with senior leadership to meet office goals.

• Home care experience with an understanding of the private pay home care model.
• Experience growing a business and developing referral relationships.
• Experience managing and supporting office staff.
• Strong networking, marketing, communication, and partnership-building skills.
• A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently without dedicated marketing support.
• Strong organization, follow-through, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and flexibility to wear many hats in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support office staff while fostering a collaborative, accountable team environment.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure an excellent experience for clients, families, referral partners, and employees.
• Develop and maintain referral-source relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and senior living communities.
• Create and execute local marketing and business-development strategies to grow the office's private pay business.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen referral volume, client census, service quality, and overall office performance.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires and support employee success.
