The Director will oversee asset allocation decisions, portfolio performance monitoring, and manager selection for new investments, ensuring alignment with the principal financial objectives, risk tolerance, and return targets.Beyond the personal portfolio, the Director will manage the foundation assets, aligning investment strategies with the organization philanthropic mission, grantmaking goals, and long-term sustainability objectives. This includes overseeing ESG and impact investing initiatives, ensuring compliance with foundation-specific regulatory requirements, and partnering with leadership to develop spending policies that balance immediate priorities with multi-generational legacy goals.The role requires building and maintaining relationships with external investment banks, family offices, institutional partners, and third-party advisors.
