Private Staff Group is conducting a confidential search for a Director, Private Family Operations to lead family operations for a highly active entrepreneurial family. Based in Dallas and reporting directly to a Principal, this person will bring together the people, properties, projects, travel, and personal support that keep a complex private world running smoothly.

The role spans a multi-state residential and ranch portfolio. The Chief of Staff will lead household and hospitality teams, coordinate with family office and specialist resources, oversee vendors and projects, and ensure that residences, travel, gatherings, and day-to-day support meet the family's standards. As the family's needs evolve, this leader will build the structure, communication, and accountability needed across locations and teams.

We are interested in candidates who have led complex operations for private principals, family offices, or similarly demanding service environments. Strong judgment, discretion, financial awareness, and the ability to move comfortably between senior leadership and personal details are essential. The right person is calm under pressure, anticipates needs, develops capable teams, and follows through.

This is a Dallas-based, in-person position requiring meaningful domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, annual incentive opportunity, and comprehensive benefits.
