Job summary

TD Securities in New York is seeking a Director to lead Prime Services Product Development, owning the roadmap and delivery across arranged financing, cross-margin, collateral optimization and client workflow. This senior role requires deep Prime Brokerage experience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to align client demand with scalable platform delivery.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics.
• Series 7 and 63 certification.
• 7-10 years related experience in prime brokerage or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of Arranged Financing platform and drive business strategy.
• Build scalable onboarding, margining, collateral, financing workflows, and client reporting capabilities.
• Partner with Sales, Trading, Treasury, Risk, Finance, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Legal, Compliance, Technology and Strats to translate strategy into platform capabilities.
• Own requirements, prioritization, implementation oversight, testing, controls, launch readiness and reporting to senior management.
