Careerwebsite is seeking a Director of Primary Care Faculty Practices to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for adult and pediatric primary care across the Colorado Front Range. The role leads clinical practice leads, aligns with institutional goals, and supports community needs.

This 1.0 FTE position includes 0.5 FTE admin leadership and 0.5 FTE clinical practice as an FNP at the Community Health Clinic at Anschutz Medical Campus, with sites including CHCO and the mobile

Competenze

• Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current RN/APN/RxN licensures in good standing (CO licensure by hire).
• Four years of progressive leadership experience in primary care settings and supervision.

• Lead strategic liaison between clinic staff and Associate Dean to align operations with goals.
• Drive performance improvement across multiple primary care sites.
• Develop and implement evidence-based policies, protocols, and procedures.
