FIS is seeking a strategic and analytically driven Pricing Strategy Director to support the Capital Markets business. This role will lead pricing strategy development across Capital Markets products and platforms, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue growth, market competitiveness, and client value realization.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, quantitative analysis skills, and experience within Capital Markets, financial technology, or market infrastructure environments. This individual will play a key role in defining pricing methodologies, optimizing product packaging, and developing data-driven pricing strategies across trading, post-trade, securities processing, risk management, market data, and related Capital Markets solutions.
In addition, this role will lead and develop a team of pricing analysts, providing coaching, prioritization, and oversight.
FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $156,060.00 - $265,300.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
