Job summary

CSL Behring seeks a Director of Portfolio Development Process & Standards to lead PD SOPs and ensure high standards across trials and programs. You will drive a training framework, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide cross-functional initiatives in a global, matrix environment.

The role reports to the Head of Portfolio Development Excellence and is based in King of Prussia, PA; with hybrid work three days onsite. Strong program leadership and GCP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 5+ years in managing Clinical Research & Development projects.
• 3+ years leading process improvement initiatives.
• Proven cross-functional, multicultural, international leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a framework for planning evaluating and reporting clinical trials.
• Lead PD SOP updates and ensure alignment across departments.
• Drive a fit-for-purpose training curriculum for PD and related stakeholders.
• Sponsor or lead cross-functional initiatives to improve design and execution.
• Represent PD in cross-functional R&D initiatives and forums.
