The Director, Portfolio Analytics at Development Finance Corporation (DFC) will build and oversee the analytical infrastructure and reporting frameworks that support DFC's portfolio management across its financial products.

You will lead the portfolio analytics function, establish performance measurement, risk analytics, data governance, and reporting, and mentor staff while collaborating with senior leaders and external partners.

This position is part of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC),US International Development Finance Corporation. As the Director, Portfolio Analytics, you will be responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving the analytical infrastructure and reporting frameworks that underpin DFC's portfolio management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

This position serves as the Director, Portfolio Analytics and is responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving the analytical infrastructure and reporting frameworks that underpin DFC's portfolio management capabilities. As a Portfolio Analytics Specialist, (Director, Portfolio Analytics), you will: Lead the design, development, and ongoing operation of a comprehensive portfolio analytics function spanning DFC's full suite of financial products.

Establish robust performance measurement frameworks, risk analytics capabilities, data governance standards, and reporting infrastructure that enables senior leaders to assess the health, risk profile, and policy impact of DFC's portfolio. Serve in a foundational role in standing up the Office of Portfolio Management's (OPM) systems, processes, and Analytics team.

Serve as a key internal and external subject-matter expert on portfolio analytics, valuation, and risk measurement across complex multi-asset, multi-instrument portfolios. Supervise, mentor, and develop professional staff and oversee the work of contractors and consultants engaged in portfolio analytics activities Please Note: This is not a Bargaining unit position.
