Job description

At GTC, program execution is what turns the commitments we make to our customers into the results we deliver. The Director, PMO is the leader who owns that execution day to day, across every program, every project, and every Program and Project Manager in the portfolio. Reporting to the VP of PMO and working side by side with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance, you’ll hold schedules, forecasts, and customer commitments to a high standard and build the kind of disciplined, accountable program culture that makes GTC increasingly formidable with every program we win.

This is a leadership role with real scope - direct management of Program and Project Managers, portfolio-level performance reviews, financial forecasting discipline, cross-functional risk resolution, and the PMO processes and metrics that keep execution predictable. If you’re a program leader who combines hands-on command of schedules and financials with the ability to coach a team and influence across functions, this is the seat built for you.

This position is bonus eligible because senior leaders who drive enterprise-wide performance and support business growth should share directly in the results they create. And through our Ownership For All program, that philosophy runs even deeper. Every eligible full-time employee receives an ownership stake in GTC. From day one, you’re not just joining the team. You’re becoming an owner. Your wins aren’t just good for the company. They’re good for you.

  • Coordinates with Operations, Engineering, Production Control, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Business Development to ensure program commitments are aligned with operational capabilities and business objectives.
  • Provides the VP of PMO with accurate portfolio reporting, timely escalation of material risks, and actionable recommendations to improve execution and financial performance.
The Position

  • Provide the VP of PMO with timely, accurate assessments of program and portfolio performance, emerging risks, and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Implement and continuously improve PMO processes, tools, and performance metrics to strengthen execution predictability, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
