Job summary

Based in SF or Irvine, the role leads integration architecture, governance, and cross-functional partnerships with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations, shaping platform standards and performance. Remote work may be considered in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance or related field with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience owning technology platform partnerships from contract through integration launch.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Track record of measurable commercial outcomes (conversion, attach rate).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own platform governance, standards, and integration health across proposal tools.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
• Define integration requirements and operating models for reliability and scale.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring for platform performance and incident response.
• Drive data-flow optimization for new products and installer workflows.
• Communicate platform status and risks to leadership with clear options.
