Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. is seeking a Director of Planning & Procurement to own fiber sourcing, indirect and packaging procurement, production planning, and inventory strategy across Domestic Operations.

The role covers Hope, AR and Peebles, OH facilities, plus third-party pellet manufacturers, with 25–50% travel. The position can be based in Hope, AR, Peebles, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, or remote. You will partner with senior leaders on OTIF, yield, and supplier performance while building scalable processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Director level: 10+ years of multi-site procurement and planning leadership in manufacturing.
• Wood fiber procurement experience in pellet, panel, paper, or biomass manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and procurement for Domestic Operations across multiple facilities including fiber sourcing, indirect and packaging procurement, production planning, and inventory strategy.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives with defined milestones and performance metrics.
• Own delivered fiber cost per finished ton and optimize supplier network for cost and capacity.
• Lead production planning for both internal and third-party pellet products using MTS/MTO models.
• Standardize inventory policies and improve accuracy, cycle counting, and controls.
