The W.C. Bradley Co.'s Outdoor Brands Division is seeking a Director, Planning & Procurement to own fiber sourcing, indirect and packaging procurement, production planning, and inventory strategy across Hope, AR and Peebles, OH, and third-party pellet manufacturing.

This role drives fiber cost per finished ton, MRO and packaging costs, planning discipline, supplier capacity, and inventory accuracy. The position can be based in Hope, AR, Peebles, OH, Scottsdale, AZ, or remote, with travel of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in procurement/planning within manufacturing, with multi-site leadership.
• Experience in fiber sourcing or biomass manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Planning & Procurement for Domestic Operations across multiple facilities.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier expansion, and inventory accuracy.
• Align production planning with schedules and customer demand.
• Manage MRO, packaging, and inventory policies across plants.
