We're looking for a Director, Planning and Scheduling to lead the scheduling function for our data centre construction delivery. You'll own the development, integration, and maintenance of a master program schedule that consolidates inputs from multiple general contractors, trade contractors, and equipment suppliers across the full construction lifecycle.
You'll be the central authority on schedule health, critical path analysis, and risk exposure across site development, shell and core, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) fit-out, and commissioning scopes that support our data centre capacity delivery. You'll partner closely with program leadership, project controls, construction management, and contractor teams to ensure on-time turnover of data halls and supporting infrastructure, and you'll travel extensively (up to 75%) to contractor offices and job sites to validate progress and drive alignment first-hand.
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
