Director, Planned Giving - St. Peter's Health Partners - Full-Time Days
Summary:
The Director of Planned Giving shall provide strategic, logistical and project management support for the Planned Giving efforts of each charitable foundation under St. Peter’s Health Partners Center for Philanthropy. This position is responsible for managing the internal operations of the office of Planned Giving, including, but not limited to, administration of bequest expectancies, the gift annuity program, the marketing program, as well as project management. This individual will participate in the planning and implementation of programs and practices which cultivate, solicit and steward prospective and existing donors with an emphasis on developing planned and outright major gifts that require financial and/or estate planning expertise. The position supports the work of each foundation Executive Director and all work being done with professional advisors. This individual is responsible for tracking and managing information and strategies pertaining to all aspects of planned giving, including timely and accurate documentation of conversations and contacts with donors, volunteers, board members, financial advisors, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Masters Preferred) with 10 years of progressive fundraising experience

Pay range: $45.91-$73.46
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
