Piedmont Clinic seeks a senior operations leader to direct and support day-to-day operational policies across multiple physician medical group practices. You will implement programs to meet business plans and ensure safe, efficient service environments responsive to patients, physicians, and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in business or healthcare administration or equivalent experience, with a track record of advancing operational initiatives in healthcare settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field is required.
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible work experience in a healthcare practice management setting may substitute for the degree requirement.

Qualifications

Education

Work Experience

• 5 years of progressively responsible work experience in strategic healthcare operations or supervising or managing a physician office practice is Required or
