Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Newnan, GA is seeking a Practice Manager II to support day-to-day administrative and clinical activities within a multi-location practice. You will work with the Director of Physician Operations to implement operational programs and ensure achievement of business plans.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with physicians and area directors, and maintain efficient and safe operations across offices to meet patient and staff needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or a related field is required.
• In lieu of degree, six years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a medical practice, hospital, or health care setting.
• In lieu of degree, a total of ten years of experience is required.

Supports the overall day-today administrative and clinical activities of a practice. Works collaboratively with area director and practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of assigned practices including but not limited to the supervision and evaluation of the practice staff. Ensures that each office maintains an effective operating environment, assuring efficient and safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs. The scope is medium based on providers, staff and locations.
