Job summary

Ability Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-Time Director Physical Therapist for our Orange City, Florida clinic. You will lead clinical operations, work with experienced clinicians, and deliver high-quality outpatient orthopedic care in a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Ideal candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, Florida licensure or eligibility, and CPR certification. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
