Job summary

Ability Rehabilitation in Deland, Florida is seeking a Full-Time Director Physical Therapist to lead our clinic and work with experienced clinicians in a collaborative environment. This role is based in Deland, FL and offers opportunities for growth and professional development.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with CAPTE-accredited training, extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, and a passion for patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or soon to be) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist program
• Current Florida license or the ability to begin the licensing process promptly
• CPR certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
• Strong multi-tasking abilities to manage the clinic effectively
• A self-starter with a mindset for achieving growth and success
• A passion for providing quality patient care with a positive and compassionate approach
