Job Description

Star Physical Therapy Services is seeking a Physical Therapist - Clinic Director to lead our Cypress outpatient clinic and help shape the future of patient care. Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with patients, staff, and healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to support clinic operations
• Interest in clinic growth and community engagement (marketing experience is a plus)
• A self‑starter with a leadership mindset and passion for professional growth
• A genuine commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care

Additional Information

We offer:

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 (includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus)
