Qualifications

• Masters degree in physics, engineering, or related field; PhD preferred.
• 8+ years of product management in quantum computing, photonics, or advanced hardware.
• Proven track record leading products from concept to commercialization.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Familiarity with quantum technologies or nanophotonics.
• Experience in agile environments with tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from roadmap development to commercialization.
• Identify market needs through engagement, analysis, and trends.
• Translate needs into detailed specifications with engineering.
• Ensure product performance aligns with content requirements.
• Develop go-to-market plans and provide customer training.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, BD, and leadership to deliver.
