UAB Medicine in Birmingham, AL is seeking a strategic leader to oversee the pharmacy revenue cycle program and drive initiatives across the enterprise.
The Director will focus on optimizing revenue capture, reimbursement, charge integrity, billing compliance, and financial performance for all pharmacy services, partnering with pharmacy operations, finance, revenue cycle, compliance, managed care and IT to advance patient care.
Pay range: $132,790 - $215,790 / year
Shifts: full-time AM

The Director will partner closely with pharmacy operations, finance, revenue cycle, compliance, managed care, and information technology teams to advance organizational goals and support exceptional patient care.

To align the goals and objectives of the organization with the department and responsible for oversight of the implementation of major initiatives/growth and change strategies. To be involved with patient care and staff development/hiring/discipline decisions providing the highest level of judgment and decision making.
Bachelor's Degree or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy and five (5) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
