Job summary

Xencor, Inc. in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Director, Pharmacometrics & Quantitative Medicine to lead pharmacometric strategies for XmAb bispecifics and other immune-based therapeutics.

The role can be hybrid (2 days onsite in Pasadena or San Diego) or remote with PST hours, and involves close collaboration with Research, Biometric, and Clinical teams. The candidate will build PKPD models, perform exposure–response analyses, and guide dose optimization and regulatory interactions.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in related field plus 10+ years of experience; PhD with 7+ years preferred.
• Experience managing CROs and external service providers with timely delivery of findings.

Responsibilities

• Builds population PKPD models with covariates to inform dose selection and regulatory interactions.
• Conducts exposure–response analyses for safety and efficacy.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Research/Biometric/Bioinformatics/Clinical/Translational teams.
• Authors and reviews statistical analysis plans, PKPD-ADA analysis plans, and regulatory submissions.
