Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field or progress toward degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the unit.
• Manage department budgets and productivity targets.
• Lead staff, promote satisfaction, and support staff development.
• Ensure regulatory standards and quality improvement processes are followed.
• Provide care and education to patients and families as needed.
