Qualifications

• Licensed RN with minimum of 5 years progressive management responsibility in Women's Services or NICU.
• Current certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical neonatal nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct operational oversight of NICU and Women’s Services Department.
• Develop and implement policies for service provision.
• Integrate Women’s Services with ARMC’s primary functions.
