Director, Performance Improvement/Clinical Value - (245284)

Provides administrative leadership; strategic direction and management for all aspects of the organization's programs in performance improvement and regulatory compliance.


Education

  1. Bachelors Degree: in a related field (Required)
  2. Masters Degree: in related field (Preferred)
  3. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

  1. 5 Years experience in managing quality improvement systems in a health care environment. (Required)
  2. General Experience in and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting bodies, regulations and standards (Required)
  3. General experience and knowledge of performance improvement methods such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Rapid Cycle PDSA, GAP Analysis, and Reengineering. (Required)

License/Certifications

  1. RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License (Preferred)
  2. LSSBB - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Preferred)
  3. CPHQ - Cert Prof Healthcare Quality (Preferred)
  4. CPHRM - Cert Prof Healthcare Risk Mgmt (Preferred)
