The role you’ll contribute:
The Performance Improvement Director provides strategic direction and oversight to the Process Improvement and Project Management functions across AdventHealth. Leads the development and execution of system-wide performance improvement projects, engaging with executive leadership at all levels. Ensures an effective training and competency-evaluation program to enable performance improvement capabilities within markets and corporate services. Oversees the development and deployment of performance measurement and analysis resources. Plans resources to deliver a balanced portfolio of quality improvement aligned with AdventHealth’s strategic goals.

Serves as the organization-wide content expert on process improvement methods, sharing relevant knowledge with senior leaders and staff. Develops a performance improvement culture across the enterprise, applying process improvement methodologies, change management, and project management. Ensures senior executive visibility and engagement in performance improvement projects, including scoping, resourcing, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develops strategic plans for Performance Improvement based on current practices and the competitive environment.
