• Requires proven experience leading HR strategy and programs across a multi-site organization.
• Demonstrated ability to design leadership development, succession planning, and culture initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with executives to align people priorities with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development: leadership programs, governance, training effectiveness.
• Head North America HRBP group providing strategic HR support on org design, employee relations, PM, planning, coaching, and change management.
• Lead Recruiting/Talent Acquisition: strategy, employer branding, candidate experience, selection, and partner with leaders to meet talent needs.
• Serve as advisor to executives on interventions to improve team effectiveness and culture transformation.
• Use data and analytics to measure program outcomes and inform continuous improvements.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and talent priorities; support organization-wide workforce planning.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure scalable, aligned HR operations.
