Job summary
The Henry Ford, a nonprofit cultural destination in Dearborn, MI, seeks a Director of Talent Development and Culture to lead enterprise learning, employee communications, and engagement initiatives. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, business, instructional design/technology, or related field.
- Ten or more years leading learning and development initiatives including program design and LMS
- Excellent verbal and written communication with senior leaders
- Experience with learning effectiveness metrics and analytics
Responsibilities
- Leads engagement programs to develop employees and foster belonging.
- Oversees annual employee conference planning and execution.
- Plans quarterly All-Staff and Leadership meetings with senior leaders.
- Directs recognition programs and employee activities.
- Analyzes survey data to improve employee experience.
- Aligns staff messaging with institutional priorities.
- Edits and publishes staff communications in THF Connections.
