- Recruit, orient, manage, and develop assigned personnel.
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and optimize outcomes.
- Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage resources to balance cost with quality and safety.
- Partner with physicians and leadership to meet service-line goals.
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
