Inova Kellar Center in Northern Virginia seeks an experienced, mission-driven behavioral health leader to oversee ambulatory services for children, adolescents and families. The Director will design and evaluate data-driven performance metrics to ensure compliance with The Joint Commission standards and Virginia licensing.

You will provide strategic direction for outpatient and addiction services, mentor staff, manage risk, and help build collaborative relationships with schools, pediatricians

Qualifikationen

• Certification - DBHDS-approved risk management training including risk screening, investigations, root cause analysis and data analysis to identify risk patterns.
• Licensure - Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or LSATP as applicable.
• Experience - Five years of related professional experience; three years of progressive management experience.
• Education - Masters Degree

Aufgaben

• Oversee the Inova Kellar Center and ambulatory behavioral health services.
• Develops and implements strategic vision and plan for outpatient and addiction services.
• Manage risk management functions in line with DBHDS and licensing requirements.
• Provide strategic direction and management to staff and direct reports.
• Ensure data completeness and accuracy; produce customized outcome reports for stakeholders.
