Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Active GA Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, CNS) required.
• Able to provide clinical supervision.
• 5–8 years of behavioral healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and implementation of clinical programs for children and adolescents.
• Meet with physicians and managers to evaluate and modify programs.
• Provide weekly administrative and clinical supervision to staff.
• Ensure treatment planning aligns with admission goals and policy.
• Monitor quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Master Treatment Plan meetings and interdepartmental collaboration.
