Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior strategy leader to develop and maintain network strategies for clinical and commercial manufacturing. You will spearhead strategic analyses, conduct stakeholder interviews, and benchmark externally to drive recommendations that align with corporate goals.

The role requires multi-disciplinary leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strong business acumen to optimize global manufacturing and development effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years with BS/BA OR 10+ years with MS/MA or MBA.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years relevant experience, or master’s/PhD/MD with 10+ years relevant experience.
• 3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm or in a similar role developing manufacturing/technical development strategy in bio-pharma.
• Experience in biotech/pharma with cross-functional collaboration and leadership; strong business acumen.
• Ability to deliver strategic analysis and options affecting global manufacturing/development effectiveness.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams; strong process orientation and understanding of multinational supply chains/geopolitical factors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to lead amid ambiguity, prioritize, multi-task, and influence without direct reporting.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex situations and facilitate resolution.
