Job summary

This leadership role requires 7+ years in payor relations or healthcare finance, with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a preferred Master’s.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of progressively responsible experience in payor relations, managed care contracting, or healthcare finance.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains payor strategy and relationships with commercial, government, and managed care payors.
• Leads payor contract strategy, negotiations, implementation, amendments, and renewals.
• Monitors payor performance, reimbursement trends, and contract term compliance.
• Guides leadership on payor contracts and alignment with care delivery goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and supports audits and inquiries.
