Job summary

Alaffia Health is seeking a Director of PI Solutions (Implementations) to lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live, shaping configurations of our AI-driven platform for health plans. You will coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable savings.

You’ll mentor teams, develop scalable playbooks, and participate in sales discussions to set timelines and feasibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare payment integrity with claims review and DRG/CPT knowledge.
• Proven track record leading complex PI or healthcare technology implementations.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships and communicating risk, delays, and changes.
• Strong program management across multiple concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, including scoping, requirements gathering, workflow configuration, testing, and launch.
• Translate client PI programs into effective configurations of Alaffia’s platform.
• Build and refine implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices for health plan environments.
• Serve as the senior client contact during onboarding, including updates, risk management, and expectation setting.
• Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to resolve blockers and improve product and processes.
• Hand off to Account Management and Client Services, and identify opportunities to expand AI tools usage.
• Join late-stage sales conversations to scope implementation approach, timelines, and feasibility.
• Mentor and develop implementation and solutions team members.
