What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day vendor management of reimbursement HUB and Nursing Programs
- Identify and implement process enhancements to support patient access and adherence to specialty medications
- Ensure a seamless patient experience, including affordability assistance and clinical education
- Monitor daily performance of patient programs and collaborate with vendors to meet service level agreements
- Write and maintain all Patient Service Programs documentation, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 12+ years of experience in specialty pharmaceutical reimbursement, preferably with a specialty pharmacy or biotech
- 3+ years of direct experience managing Reimbursement and Nursing Patient Services Programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor information to diverse audiences
- In-depth knowledge of benefit designs, payer operations, and prior authorization processes

- Project management experience
- Proven expertise in navigating complex patient access and affordability challenges
- Solid understanding of Nurse Program compliance and regulatory standards
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
