Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in market access, patient services, or reimbursement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with patient support programs and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the TA team and patient support program strategy across therapies.
• Oversee design and execution of access services and HUBs, CoPay, and financial support.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, legal/compliance, and payer teams to meet objectives.
• Develop budgets, monitor program performance, and drive financial outcomes.
• Train internal and field teams on financial case for using these programs.
