Experience managing patient access workflows in a multi-hospital system preferred
The Director of Patient Access Services reports to the Vice President, Patient Access. This position is responsible for daily oversight, management, and direction of transaction and process-based revenue cycle functions within Patient Access, including Registration, Appointment Scheduling, in the ED, Admissions, and Outpatient areas. The position closely coordinates and integrates with hospital and clinic departments, Financial Clearance, Financial Counseling, and other Revenue Cycle partners.
Pay Range: $120,000.00 USD - $165,000.00 USD The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
