In collaboration with senior leaders, the Senior Director spearheads the delivery of an exceptional experience to the patients, customers, and physicians that contact the Access Center. Oversees the processes and procedures that appropriately support Cooper's mission while upholding its brand, vision, values, and culture. Provides for smooth communication and issues resolution related to physician protocols, desired scheduling practices, and the overall relationship between the Access Center and the medical disciplines it serves.
