Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (USA) seeks a Director, Patent Attorney to guide manufacturing and bioprocessing IP strategy from development through commercialization. You will prosecute patents, manage global filings, and lead external counsel while collaborating with scientists and manufacturing leaders.

The Director, Patent Attorney will act as legal counsel on matters related to the development, protection, and management of Regeneron’s valuable intellectual property pertaining to its manufacturing. The role will be responsible for patent activities relating to manufacturing and bioprocessing at all stages of the development pipeline including cell line technologies, purification, formulations, assay and media development. This position will partner closely with our world-class scientists and manufacturing development leaders around key strategies for our rapidly growing patent portfolio, patent filings, trade secret protection, and patent actions.
