Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director, Project Manager in Richmond, VA to lead a team delivering high-priority initiatives for the Partnerships business. You will shape strategy, manage complex programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive launches and conversions for onboarding new Partners.

Candidates should have 6+ years PM experience, 4+ years people management, a Bachelor’s degree or military background, and ideally an MBA or PMP/Lean/Agile certification.

Responsibilities

• Leading teams to drive complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction and vision.
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a dynamic environment.

• Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing risk.
• Partnering cross-functionally to drive project delivery.
• Lead Launch & Conversion of new partners.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Tech to support key imperatives.
