Legends Global Partnerships delivers innovative solutions for complex projects, creating meaningful partnerships with top brands through various sponsorship and activation services.

Legends & Audi F1 Partnership

Legends and Audi F1 have a 5-year partnership. Legends will lead global sponsorship acquisition, building an elite racing organization from scratch backed by a major global brand.

The Role

The Director, Partnership Sales will be based in Europe and will lead the development of high-impact sponsorships for Audi, aligning with business and brand objectives, negotiating with senior decision-makers, mentoring team members, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent Audi F1 at global events, including races and strategic meetings.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
  3. Create prospecting plans to target potential partners globally.
  4. Maintain relationships with senior executives to identify new partnership opportunities.
  5. Align partnership strategies with organizational goals through collaboration with leadership.
  6. Design and execute partnership activations with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Enhance sales processes and CRM tools for efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for hiring, training, evaluating, and managing team performance in accordance with company policies and laws.

Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or higher preferred.
  • At least 5 years in corporate partnerships or sponsorship sales, with a proven record of closing multi-year deals.
  • Experience with high-value sponsorships, ideally in motorsport or premium brands.
Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with patience.
  • Strong relationships with senior corporate executives.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in strategic marketing and brand synergy.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability.
Compensation

Competitive salary plus bonuses and benefits, including health insurance, paid leave, and 401k. In specified states, the range is $110,000 - $140,000 annually.
