Job summary

Cal State East Bay, through PaCE, seeks a Program Director for Paralegal Studies to oversee curriculum development, ABA compliance, and program budgeting. This role partners with the Associate Dean to lead adjunct faculty, coordinate course delivery, and ensure accreditation readiness.

The director will coordinate with Student Services for certificate records, supervise faculty, and engage with legal community partners to promote the program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program and maintain accreditation materials.
• Coordinate curriculum development, adjunct faculty recruitment, and training.
• Manage program budget, text/material selection, and expenses.
• Set class schedules and coordinate remote/in-person course delivery.
• Recruit, select, monitor, and support adjunct faculty; lead professional development.
• Market the program and engage with legal community and stakeholders.
• Direct student services and placement activities for Paralegal Studies.
