Job summary

Siege Media, a full-service GEO agency, is expanding its paid social practice with a senior Reddit ads lead. You’ll own Reddit ads as a new client service line, strategize campaigns, and write client reports while building a small team.

You’ll work directly with clients, run campaigns across Reddit, Meta, and LinkedIn, and develop repeatable processes to scale the service. This is hands-on leadership with sales involvement and room to shape the practice brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment.
• Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences).
• Proven B2B and B2C experience in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.
• Strong client-facing communication; able to present to senior leadership.
• Builder energy and ability to scale a service line from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Reddit Ads (Primary): Own strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients; build playbook, pricing scaffolds, and reporting cadence from zero.
• Siege's Paid Social: Retarget engaged leads and run Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that feed our sales pipeline.
• Sales Support: Join prospect calls to scope and sell paid social engagements with the growth team.
• Team Building: Hire your first associate when Reddit ads revenue justifies it, then train and manage them to Siege's senior-led standard.
• Service Infrastructure: Develop templates, QA processes, attribution approach, and reporting standards to turn paid social into a repeatable service line.

We work with brands like Zapier, Asana, HP, PayPal, and Zoom. We're adding paid social to our service mix, with an emphasis in Reddit advertising to drive LLM influence for our clients. You'd own the channel.

The Role

This is a wedge hire. You're not joining an established paid social team — you're building one. On day one you own Reddit ads as a new client service line and run Siege's own paid social and retargeting. As Reddit ads books revenue, you'll hire and lead a team underneath you.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You'll pitch on sales calls, strategize campaigns, get hands‑on in the platforms early in the lifespan of the service offering, and write the reports clients actually read. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. If you want to build a practice from scratch with the runway and brand of an established agency behind you, this role is for you.

Required Skills

• 5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment — ideally a mix of Reddit, LinkedIn, and Meta

• Hands‑on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences) and a point of view on who the platform is and isn’t a fit for

• Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech. You know the difference between optimizing for clicks and optimizing for pipeline

• Demonstrated client‑facing comfort — you can walk a VP of Marketing through a quarterly review without flinching

• Strong written communication. Clients see your work directly; we don't have account managers translating between you and them

• "Builder energy" and a genuine excitement about helping build and scale a service line from scratch. You can execute and advise on campaigns to keep the department profitable early on

Suggested Skills

• Experience with ChatGPT ads

• Prior experience building or scaling a paid social practice inside an agency environment

• Familiarity with B2B attribution headaches (multi-touch, dark social, self-reported attribution)

• An active client network in paid social within our client base

Compensation & Logistics

• Salary: $115,000.00–$130,000.00 USD base | $135,000.00–$155,000.00 USD OTE
