c.) Education
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited organization- Required
Pharm D degree from an accredited institution - Preferred
Master's degree in pharmacy administration, healthcare administration, business or other relevant subject area - Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Licensed as a pharmacist in California or eligible (licensed in another state) - Required
Licensed as a pharmacist in California Board certified - Preferred
Work Experience
Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY2 pharmacy residency in health-system pharmacy administration or equivalent work experience - Required
Five (5) years of health-system pharmacy leadership and management experience - Required
Specialty Pharmacy, 340B & Infusion Pharmacy Experience- Required
Has held administrative positions in a large or complex health system for at least three (3) years - Preferred

Pay Range:
$238,462.00 - $357,693.00Salary
