Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of supply chain logistics experience, including 5–7 years in transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage carrier and fleet network, including contract negotiations; monitor KPIs and compliance.
• Lead budget, financial modeling, and forecasting with Finance for plans and budgets.
• Drive route optimization and backhaul utilization to reduce net landed cost.
• Ensure SOX and DOT compliance and safety metrics; oversee workforce and vendor relationships.
• Develop vendor backhaul and cost-reduction initiatives; collaborate with Retail and VP Operations.
