We are looking to generate and iterate, experimenting with what’s possible through nontraditional approaches to leveraging philanthropy as a transformative power for realizing racial justice in Virginia.

The Director, Organizational Learning & Development, will report directly to the Executive Director and be an integral leader on our team, bringing their expertise and creativity to our ongoing exploration of new ways of philanthropy that center community wisdom and elevate Black, Indigenous, and People of Color leadership in Virginia.
